1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Depending on order time, stock availability, and order volume, some orders may ship the same day or next business day.

2. Shipping Carriers & Costs

We select the most suitable carrier for each order: FedEx, USPS, or UPS, depending on package size, weight, and delivery location.

  • FREE shipping is offered within the continental United States.

  • Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages to ensure timely delivery.

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on carrier and destination. Please note that delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Returns

We accept returns of products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Items must be in the original packaging

Note: Digital products, gift cards, and personalized items cannot be returned.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back using a traceable shipping method.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

6. Exchanges
